General Conditions of Sale – Belle Étoile Nice

This site is operated by Belle Étoile Nice . Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Belle Étoile Nice. By accessing this site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Belle Étoile Nice reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates to this website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Article 3 – Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Belle Étoile Nice and to any contract concluded remotely with the customer. Before any transaction, the conditions will be made available to the customer in a clear and accessible manner.


Article 4 – The offer

Our offers are non-binding. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly. Prices indicated are subject to change, typographical errors, and variations depending on the supplier.

Import or customs fees may apply depending on the country of delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility.


Article 5 – Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded once the customer confirms their order and fulfills the associated conditions. An email confirmation is automatically sent.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the order date . This right must be exercised in writing via info@belleetoilenice.com and accompanied by proof (photos, description, order number) . The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.


Article 7 – Reimbursement after withdrawal

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and validation of the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to Belle Étoile Nice.


Article 8 – Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products;

  • Products opened and non-returnable for hygiene reasons;

  • Perishable or time-sensitive products;

  • Digital content after downloading.


Article 9 – Price

All prices are displayed in euros. Outside the Netherlands, additional taxes and fees may apply upon import. We are not responsible for customs taxes or delays related to them.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Obvious errors are not binding.


Article 10 – Conformity and guarantee

The delivered products comply with European standards and the descriptions provided. In the event of a defect or error, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt. The warranty is limited to that of the manufacturer.


Article 11 – Delivery

Products are generally shipped within 5 business days. However, due to our dropshipping model , delivery times may vary from 7 to 21 days.

We are not responsible for delays due to suppliers, transportation, or customs. The customer will be kept informed as soon as possible.

Belle Étoile Nice strives to process orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time varies between 5 and 14 business days , depending on the product, availability and destination country.

Since we work with international suppliers, mainly located in China , products are shipped directly from their overseas warehouses. As a result, lead times may occasionally exceed this range.

Although we are not physically located in the shipping country, Belle Étoile Nice remains your single point of contact for any requests, guarantees or returns.


Article 12 – Limitation of liability (dropshipping)

Belle Étoile Nice acts as an intermediary between the customer and the suppliers. We cannot be held responsible:

  • delivery delays,

  • of a sudden stock shortage,

  • minor differences between the images and the product received.

In the event of proven non-compliance, we will seek a solution: replacement, refund or purchase voucher.


Article 13 – Payment

Payment is made online using the available methods. Any unpaid order will be canceled. In the event of non-payment or payment error, we reserve the right to suspend the order.


Article 14 – Returns

All returns must be preceded by a written request to info@belleetoilenice.com with visual proof. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of damaged or incorrect products.


Article 15 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Any complaints received will be processed within 14 days. In the event of a disagreement, mediation may be offered before any legal action is taken.


Article 16 – Privacy Policy (summary)

The data collected (name, address, email, telephone number) is used solely for order processing and customer service. Your data is neither sold nor shared without your consent.
