9. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 30 days from the order date to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Belle Étoile Nice using the contact details provided on the website and follow the return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging, if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to Belle Étoile Nice (defective product, delivery error, etc.).
After receiving and verifying the return, Belle Étoile Nice will reimburse the customer within 14 days.
10. Delivery times
Please note that some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers. As a result, delivery times may vary and may take up to 2 to 3 weeks in some cases.
Belle Étoile Nice is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or third-party delivery services. We undertake to inform the customer in the event of exceptional delays or stock shortages.
11. Dependence on third parties
Belle Étoile Nice acts as an intermediary between the customer and its suppliers. While we make every effort to ensure product quality and order compliance, some elements are beyond our direct control.
In the event of a non-compliant or damaged product, the customer is invited to contact our customer service within a reasonable time in order to find a suitable solution (refund, replacement or other).
